Refund Policy

This policy explains how orders placed with Malaak for Community Services Inc (MALAAK FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES INC) can be cancelled and refunded.

1. Cancellation before fulfilment

Customers may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before fulfilment begins.

2. After fulfilment starts

Once fulfilment has started, orders are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered to the specification published on its page.

3. Delays

All services are delivered within a maximum of 14 days from order confirmation. If a service is not delivered within this period, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
