Delivery countries and excluded regions

Our services are delivered in: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Chad, Cameroon, Uganda, Niger, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya; Umrah Badal is performed in Makkah. We do not accept orders or deliver services in any countries or regions subject to OFAC sanctions, nor for sanctioned persons or entities.

3. Orders & payments

All payments are purchases of clearly defined services at the prices, specifications and delivery times stated on each service page. An electronic invoice is issued automatically on payment. Payments are processed by certified third-party payment providers; we do not store card details. By paying you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy and Order & Fulfilment Policy.
